We want you to wear your gear with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging. If your loot doesn't fit or meet your standards, we are here to help you gear up with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support squad with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
